With over 20 years of design and fabrication experience, Brett brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His background allows him to approach work with a practical mindset, ensuring that each design is not only efficient on paper but proven and reliable in the field.<\/p>

As a leader, Brett emphasizes clear communication, accountability, and consistency. He believes the strength of any company is built on trust, and he works to establish lasting relationships by delivering dependable service and maintaining high standards throughout every phase of a project.<\/p>

Outside of the business, Brett values time spent with his family and in the outdoors, enjoying the opportunity to slow down, recharge, and make lasting memories together.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

With more than 25 years of fabrication experience, Ian brings extensive shop knowledge and a strong background in logistics that plays a critical role in the company\u2019s daily operations. His ability to coordinate workflow, manage resources, and keep projects moving efficiently helps ensure reliability and consistency from start to finish.<\/p>

Ian is known for his resourcefulness, attention to detail, and steady, solutions-driven approach. As a leader, he leads by example and takes pride in doing things the right way. He is respected by both clients and team members for being dependable, approachable, and easy to work with.<\/p>

Outside of work, Ian is a devoted family man who enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors with his wife and children. Whether it is at the creek or in the woods he loves every opportunity to be together and experience it as a family.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Mayhem Metalz, and every success behind it, is dedicated to our late father, Tim Walker. A master fabricator in every sense of the word, he was more than our teacher, he was the foundation this business was built on. He instilled in us the importance of working hard and taking pride in every piece of steel that leaves our shop. The standards he set are the standards we live by today.
